Video Storytelling
HEEL virtual dog leash
The Reveal: Unboxing the Future of Freedom
In this first look, Molly Hawkins breaks down the Heel Virtual Dog Leash, a rugged piece of tech that is proudly Made in the USA. This isn’t just another gadget; it’s a high-performance tool built for the elements. Molly walks through the unboxing and explains the smart features that make this "invisible connection" possible, proving that you don't need a physical cord to stay in control.
The Proof: Real-World Demonstration
Seeing is believing. Molly takes the Heel system out of the box and straight onto the trail to show exactly how it works in the wild. This video captures the seamless transition from setup to a full-speed hike. Watch how the virtual boundary provides consistent feedback, giving you the confidence to let your dog roam while keeping them exactly where they need to be. It’s off-leash freedom, redefined.

Haein Kang | The Sound of Thought
Capturing the intersection of neuroscience and digital media.
Discovery & Briefing: Each project kicked off with a collaborative brief involving the stakeholder and the artist. Whether via video chat, email, or in-person coffee, I made it a priority to get to know them on a personal level—understanding what drives their "mood" and their unique creative process.
The Vision: Documenting Haein’s "sensory" process—using a research-grade EEG headset (similar to the Ultracortex Mark IV) to translate brainwaves into generative music.
The Process: To illustrate the high-tech nature of her work, I focused on macro details of the 16-channel node network and clean, minimalist framing that allowed the "invisible" music to take center stage.
The Truth About Stories
a native narrative
Logistics & Gear: Once the vision was set, I managed the technical requirements, including scouting locations and renting specialized equipment tailored to each artist’s specific medium (from high-dynamic-range lighting for light installations to macro-capable kits for tech-heavy hardware).
The Vision: Addison wanted to move beyond the "process" and into the "philosophy," focusing on the weight of an artist’s contribution to the world and the permanence of what we create.
The Process: We shifted our visual language here, moving away from a standard documentary feel toward a more atmospheric, narrative-driven style to match his "Three Witches" storytelling.
Ben Zamora | Sculpting with Light
An exploration of scale, architecture, and public art.
The Production: My standard approach was a two-day split. We began with an intimate, high-quality interview to capture the core narrative, followed by a dedicated day of B-roll to visually illustrate the "how-it’s-made" of their work..
The Final Polish: In post-production, I worked closely with stakeholders through a collaborative revision process. We dialed in the "Commercial Clean" aesthetic, ensuring the color, pacing, and story met the original vision perfectly before achieving the final edit.
The Vision: Capturing the massive physical presence of Ben’s light installations and the intentionality behind his construction.
The Process: This required precise lighting techniques to balance the high dynamic range of his glowing fixtures without losing the architectural detail of the surrounding space.
It all starts with the clap.
Whether I'm producing, directing, shooting, lighting, or cutting
—this sound marks the beginning. A signal that it's time to create. Time to commit.
From grip to gaffer, camera to edit bay-l've worn a lot of hats.
But no matter the role, the goal stays the same:
Make it mean something.
